Maintenance agreements are a no-hassle way to

We offer regularly scheduled lighting replacement
and repair service visits billed by the individual service call on a
time and material basis or covered by an “all inclusive” monthly fee.
With the “all inclusive” maintenance agreement we
charge a flat monthly rate with no hidden extras, which eliminates
invoices for you to review and, more importantly, insures against
unexpected expenses for repairs. All above ground
labor and materials for maintenance and repairs for your signs and
parking lot and area lighting are covered by this type of agreement.
